From a traditional crushing mill drive system made up of a reduction gear, couplings, bearings etc, CMD has developed the ERmill drive system.

This completely new concept is not only more compact, but also less costly than a traditional system.

Based on a more compact process, the ERmill is designed to remove the coupling along with the coupling rod of the drive unit and to build the driving gear and bearings into the reducer.

The specificity of the ERmill is to have a self-aligning, hardened, tempered and ground side driving gear, which enables misalignment errors to be compensated for.

With the ERmill, civil engineering is smaller, easier and quicker to achieve, resulting in big savings for the customer in the fitting phase.

This new generation of reduction gear is available in ratios ranging from 6 to 20.
